Of course, The Hike Life founder was absolutely delighted!
But now the Purcell family have even more excitement.
Rachel Purcell announced that she is also preparing to walk down the aisle.

She took to Instagram to share a picture of herself with her partner, Kevin showcasing her gorgeous ring.
She wrote: “A birthday week to remember.”
Clearly, the love of nature runs in the family as the couple were out for a hike when Kevin popped the question.
“These two,” Roz wrote as she shared the picture on her Instagram Story.
Roz previously revealed that she wanted to walk down the aisle as soon as possible when she appeared on The Late Late Show.
While it led to some jokes on the show, she has now explained her reasoning.
Speaking to The RTÉ Guide, she confessed: “What I was trying to say was that we were hoping to get married as soon as possible because I have lots of older relatives.
“Our plan was to get married so that Mame [her auntie Mary] could be at the wedding, but she sadly passed away a few weeks ago.”
She went on to say: “She was a huge part of our childhood and was like a second mum to us.
“It was auntie Mame who instilled my love of baking and it was she who kept us busy and entertained as children,’ she continued. ‘And yes, Mame, will get a big mention at the wedding.”
