Roz Purcell shared her good news earlier this summer.
The Hike Life creator announced her engagement to her long-term beau, Zach Desmond in August.
To celebrate the good news, she and Zach headed out for a gorgeous meal this week.

The couple enjoyed a dreamy night out at Cashel Palace Hotel in Roz’s native Tipperary.
They also tucked into a gorgeous cake that was decorated with flowers on the day and our mouth is watering just looking at the pictures.
Roz looked picture perfect in a blue corset with daisy embroidered across it from Aoife Ireland and a white maxi skirt from House of CB.
With the sun beating down, Roz opted for a pair of white sandals for the night.
Roz shared the news of her engagement on Instagram with a slew of shots of the couple together and her gorgeous ring!
She wrote: “we’re engaged. I would like to remind everyone I broke my ring finger this year and that’s why it’s deformed these rings may need to be cut off cause they squeezed on!”
