Vogue Williams and Brian Dowling are the latest stars to have been named in the running for the coveted hosting jobs at RTE’s Dancing With The Stars.
It was revealed by the Irish Sun that Vogue and Brian flew to Dublin yesterday to secretly audition for the show, and were taken straight from Dublin airport to the Radisson Blu St. Helen’s Hotel in Stillorgan for their screen test.
While nothing has been officially confirmed yet, a source at the show said that the pair performed well in their audition, laughing and joking with one another.
“Brian and Vogue were very polished but at the same time weren’t taking it too seriously. They had a warmth to them and were slagging each other in a very Irish way,” the source said.
Howth native Vogue previously stated that she would love to host the highly awaited dancing competition, telling the newspaper “I would love to host it, of course. If someone said they wouldn’t want to host it that would be a lie.”
