Pippa O’Connor has shared a pregnancy update with her followers after attending a scan this morning.
Posting to Instagram stories Pippa said; “Got to see baby this morning… the relief after a scan is huge.”
“Feel like I can breath easy again for a while.” she added.
The influencer and business woman shared her delight to be pregnant on Instagram a couple of weeks ago with a post captioned, “I’m feeling beyond grateful and happy to be sharing our special news.”
“We are all so excited to welcome baby Ormond to our family this Autumn”.
The mother-of-two revealed she has been “completely overwhelmed by the support she has received and is “feeling the love and feeling the kindness big time.”
Pippa also revealed to her followers that she suffered a miscarriage last year. She recalled finding out she was pregnant last summer was the “biggest shock”, but went on to say, “unfortunately I had a miscarriage in October”.
The model and business owner shared that she knows how everything can look perfect on Instagram and wanted to be real with her followers, “I wanted to be truthful about what I went through”.
She recalls feeling “embarrassed” at the time and said that she “just wanted to hear someone else say ‘that happened to me’”.
Sharing love and support for anyone who has been in a similar situation Pippa said, “I know so many people have been there and I know there’s going to be people watching this who have just gone through this today or last week. I just want to say I’m sorry and I’m sending you love.”
