In what was a truly inspirational morning, the Marie Keating Foundation marked 20 year’s fighting breast cancer and the launch of their new ‘Coping with Advanced Breast Cancer’ booklet, kindly supported by Novartis, at an intimate breakfast event, at the M&S Café on Grafton Street.
30 women who have either come through breast cancer or who are living bravely with advanced breast cancer, came together to share their stories and experiences in what was an uplifting and powerful event.
Businesswoman and breast cancer survivor Norah Casey hosted, while Irish fashion designer Helen Cody, RTE’s Evelyn O’Rourke and Youtuber Dee Doherty, all of whom have their own breast cancer story, also attended.
