Una Healy recently made the big move embarking on a solo career, however her former bandmates from The Saturdays have been nothing but supportive about her new adventure.

The Tipperary native, who recently signed with Decca Records, has been taking to the stage alongside Ward Thomas throughout their UK gigs.

Una has just revealed that her debut solo single is on the way, admitting that her bandmates have heard the new track, and love it!

Speaking to Youtube star Jim Chapman at a Stand Up To Cancer event, Una said, “They’ve heard a few of my demos. They’ve heard my new single which is coming out in a couple months.

“They’ve always known that that is the kind of music I would eventually go back doing and that.

“I’m back doing the more organic thing, it’s all my own stuff.”

Meanwhile, Una’s hubby Ben Foden couldn’t be more proud of his wife’s success.
