Nadia Forde has proved what a doting girlfriend she is by sharing a snap of her supporting rugby star Dominic Day while he recovers in hospital.
The model tweeted a worrying photo from a hospital bed, which showed an IV drip in her boyfriend’s hand.

However, she explained the situation in the pic’s caption, writing: “Date Night @domday5 #appendicitissucks.”
Appendicitis is painful inflammation of the appendix, so Dom undoubtably was thrilled that his gorgeous girl came to cheer him up with cuddles and some chocolate treats.
The pair have been dating since the beginning of this year, and Nadia previously told VIP that this is the happiest she has ever been.
“He’s great and he’s really relaxed and I feel really happy with him – it’s effortless. It’s the first time that I’ve felt like it’s effortless,” the 26-year-old commented.
