Model Michele McGrath will be reunited with her boyfriend Cathal Pendred to jet to Las Vegas and cheer on Conor McGregor as he fights Jose Aldo.
Michele has been dating UFC star Cathal for three years, and they will have been apart for two months when they meet up in Vegas in July.
“We’ve no summer plans just yet. Cathal is going to be in Mexico, his next competition is June 13 so he actually leaves for Mexico next week and he is gone for two months,” she revealed.
The loved-up couple plan on making the most of their reunion and Michele said that although she’s currently tied up in Dublin, she will fly stateside and meet her other half in California.
“I’m not going to go over just yet because I’m too busy at the moment with my own stuff going on but I will definitely meet him at some stage, probably in California,” she told The Evening Herald.
The brunette beauty has been busy focusing on her singing career as things are taking off with her band Liir – who VIP met recently for an exclusive interview which will appear in next Thursday’s magazine.
Michele fronts the band alongside Kim Hayden and Leanne Moore, and the trio are now recording their own music after failing to qualify for The Eurovision.
“The year is going brilliantly, we just got back from Sweden last weekend where we were recording for a week so that went really well,” she said. ” It’s a just a work in progress at the moment but it’s full steam ahead on making a record.”
Although Michele admitted that the three of them were disappointed about The Eurovision, she said they were moving on and that there was exciting things coming up in the future.
“I think that we just decided that Eurovision wasn’t meant to be for us this year but we had a good dynamic between the three of us and obviously it’s all of our passion to sing so we just decided to continue going “, she said.
“There’s some really exciting things in the pipeline so fingers crossed,” she added.
The Andrea Roche model also admitted that although her and Cathal are loved-up at the moment, there are no plans to marry as she is too busy with the new band.
