A fake message from Conor McGregor has gone viral, with an imposter of the UFC champ slamming boxing star, Floyd Mayweather.
The post, which was shared on a fake profile, came in response to Mayweather’s comments about Conor earlier this week.
In the post, the imposter called Mayweather a “little bitch” for making remarks about him in the media earlier in the week.
Mayweather spoke to fighthype.com and said, “I don’t really know the McGregor guy. Never seen him fight. I heard his name actually from one of the runners that work for our company.
“They say he talks a lot of trash and people praise him for it, but when I did it, they say I’m cocky and arrogant. So biased! Like I said before, all I’m saying is this, I ain’t a racist at all, but I’m telling you, racism still exists.”
The fake McGregor page hit back at the comments, slamming Mayweather for “using skin colour as an excuse”, and the post went viral within minutes.
Despite coming from a completely fake profile, the post made it’s way through global media, including Fox News. Yikes!
While Conor hasn’t opened up about the post, his coach John Kavanagh took to Twitter to address the issue, simply saying, “No cure for stupid.”
