Maia Dunphy has taken to social media to share the first pic of her newborn son Tom – and it seems she wanted in on the latest celebrity trend!
Following in the footsteps of fellow new mums Jennifer Maguire and Dawn O’Porter, the tv star opted to not post a snap of her little ‘uns face, but his teeny-tiny feet instead.
Posting on Twitter, Maia, with her trademark witty humour, captioned the photo: “I said no feet on the table!”… But we really can’t imagine her being a super-strict mum!
The pic shows Tom’s little feet looking cosy in a blue and white striped onesie, and couldn’t be more adorable.

Keeping with the theme of little feet, the RTE star and her UK comedian husband Johnny Vegas announced the birth of their son with a photo of Tom’s minuscule shoes next to theirs. They posted the image on their social media accounts, with Maia writing: “Our new man has his Dads habits already. Tom Laurence arrived last Friday, at a civilised hour after lunch. 7Lb2”.
Both Maia and Johnny have previously taken to Twitter to discuss the trials and tribulations of parenthood, from breast feeding to the annoyance of the post-baby body rush. Maia also thanked well-wishers for their continued support.
