Maeve Madden celebrated her first wedding anniversary over the weekend.
She was spoiled to mark the occasion.
Now she has reflected on her first year of marriage and the month of June on social media.
“1 Year on & all the firsts are done,” she wrote on Instagram.

She shared some gorgeous snaps of her wedding to the love of her life, Andrew Selby as she marked the first year of married bliss.
“June was a month of the highest of highs and lowest of lows,” she went on to say.
“So grateful to be surrounded by friends old & new, in person & online who lift me up, make me laugh & have shown great love.
“I feel now more than ever I cherish the happy moments & memories we are making.”

However, June isn’t just her the month she tied the knot. It is also the month that she lost her father, Paul.
Paul in 2022, just six days after Maeve’s wedding.
“Death changes everything,” she continued.
“Life moves on but it is never the same again. The pain is constant inside and no one can see it but you feel it all the time.
“Holidays & celebrations have been hard but the anticipation worse. There is no closure or end to grief as it is our last act of love.”
The fitness influencer was inundated with messages from her friends.
“Sending lots of love,” Louise Cooney wrote.
“Love you so much Maeve thinking of you all xxxxxxx,” Steph Elswood commented.
