Lucy Kennedy reveals what it’s REALLY like living with Shane Long

Ooooh

Lucy KennedyLucy Kennedy is half way through her third pregnancy and she isn’t letting it slow her down.

It was announced just last week that her TV3 show, Livin’ With Lucy, will be returning to our screens on the 20th of September, and the first house she visited was Republic of Ireland player Shane Long.

It was an interesting few days, as Shane’s wife Kayleah is also pregnant!

Lucy exclusively told VIP Magazine yesterday that Shane found it a unique experience, living with two pregnant women.

“I was lucky, I’ve just lived with Shane Long and his wife Kayleah and she’s pregnant. She’s literally two weeks ahead of me, so Shane’s going ‘oh for God’s sake would you stop talking about it. He was saying it was like having two pregnant complaining wives under one roof,” she said.

Although the hormones must have been running wild in the Long household, Lucy said that Shane and his family are really genuine people and she missed them when she left.

“Shane was great. He’s a really nice guy, really genuine and normal and Irish- just like us!

“I mean he has an amazing lifestyle, gorgeous house that was fab and very glam but he’s very unaffected and just really genuine. I actually left thinking ‘I’ll miss them’. They’re really nice people, a really good family,” she said.

The Seven O’Clock Show host is delighted to have Livin’ With Lucy back on air after five years, and this time with a longer time slot.

“Yes, my baby is back. It’s been five years. It’s my baby, it’s what I love the most and it’s always been on my mind to do it again so to have the opportunity is like YES I’m back. And it’s longer now. It used to be 26 minutes and now it’s going to be 46 minutes.

“I spend longer with them and you’ll get longer watching the celeb, because it never seemed long enough. It’s bigger and better,” she said.

Next to have Lucy as a house guest is none other than Kerry Katona, who she’ll be staying with for three days, then home for another full week of work- she really is like “super mummy!”

“I’m living with Kerry (Katona), I’m moving over to her on Friday I’m getting the first flight to Gatwick on Friday morning. It’s very exciting. So that’s Friday, Saturday, Sunday- three days with Kerry.

“Then home and straight to the Seven O’Clock Show Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and then Al Porter Thursday, Friday, Saturday. I am a super mummy,” she said.
