Irish chef Lilly Higgins launches cookbook for charity

Irish chef Lilly Higgins announced this week that she has launched a new cookbook with all proceeds going to charity.

The chef who appears on The Today Show has a new book filled with 60 recipes that is now available to download from her social media accounts.

She shared the news this week, explaining that the proceeds from the book sales would go to people in Gaza.

“60 delicious dinner recipes straight to your inbox. A few weeks back I launched my new ebook with 60 gorgeous recipes, link in my bio, to give you SO much dinner inspiration and it’s all for a really great cause,” she wrote.


“All of the proceeds from this book with go to my friend Habib’s family that are currently in Gaza. So many people have messaged me to say how helpless they feel but this is a way that we can help. Thank you so so much for your continued support. Together we can make a real difference to the Alostaz family.

“The link is in my bio and I would really love if you could share this with anyone that needs some dinner inspiration! Thank you so much for all the feedback, I love seeing people cooking and menu planning from not.”

In the description of the book she explains that there are loads of recipes for everyone.


“Loads of classic dishes like Lemony Greek Chicken and potatoes to Hot & Sour soup, lamb steaks with aubergine & tahini yogurt. Swedish meatballs, chocolate & chilli beef stuffed courgettes and slow cooker chicken adobo. There are also lots of vegetarian recipes the whole family will love,” the description reads.
