Raspberry Kiss

Ingredients

100ml Blush’d Irish Gin €21.99 (70cl)
3 Nature’s Pick Limes €0.79 (3 Pack)
4 fresh Nature’s Pick Basil Leaves €0.99 (25g) – keep a couple aside to garnish
130g fresh Nature’s Pick Raspberries €2.29 (150g)– keep a few to garnish
Gianni’s Ice Cubes €0.89 (2kg)

Method

Juice one of the limes.
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into 2 glasses.
Decorate with some lime slices, a fresh basil leaf and raspberries.
For a longer drink, pour into tumblers, add some ice cubes and top up with sparkling elderflower water.

Pink Gin Prosecco Cocktail

Ingredients

100ml Greyson’s Pink Gin €20.79 (70cl)
100ml Vive Sparkling White Lemonade €0.69 (2l)
50ml Costellore Prosecco Frizzante €6.21 (75cl)
4 Nature’s Pick Raspberries €2.29 (150g)
Gianni’s Ice Cubes €0.89 (2kg)

Method

Fill 2 large glasses with ice, add the gin and lemonade and top with the Prosecco.
Garnish with the raspberries. Enjoy!
