If you could board a plane right now, on this cold January day we’re guessing you’d choose to jet off somewhere sunny. However, after taking a look at Lauren Arthurs’ latest snaps heading off to the snowy alps looks just as appealing.
For Lauren and her husband, John they chose to go skiing for their honeymoon in the French Alps rather than the typical tropical beach location, and it looks absolutely gorgeous.
The Irish influencer has been sharing what the newlyweds have been up to whilst they’re there, and as well as skiing lessons they’ve been enjoying the delicious food and the heated outdoor pool area.
The couple, who tied the knot in Novemeber of last year jetted off for a mini-moon roughly a week after their wedding. They headed to Budapest for a few days where they enjoyed the gorgeous Christmas markets, good food and plenty of mulled wine!
The pair wed in the stunning surrounds of Luttrellstown Castle surrounded by their friends and family.
Lauren wore a gorgeous strapless gown with a layered skirt, and added sleeves later on for the reception, before changing into a second, shorter dress for dancing later on!
Speaking exclusively with VIP Magazine after their gorgeous day Lauren shared that they chose to have a ‘first look’ before she walked down the aisle.
“It was really, really special. I was quite calm then in St Mochas church because we had already seen each other and that made it even more enjoyable. I wasn’t nervous walking down the aisle, and it was just pure magic. I would love to do that part again.”
