And despite social media painting a picture-perfect image, the influencer has admitted to facing “many” challenges since becoming a mum.
Taking to Instagram in a recent Q&A session, Lauren expressed that the beginning is not one bit easy.
“I’ll never forget the first 2/4 weeks,” she shared.

“It almost feels like a blur already. But we’ve really tried to adapt to our new life with this little angle as best we can.”
Lauren then explained how she and her husband John O’Flynn still try their best to go out for dinners, lunches and long walks to their favourite cafe.
Adding: “But also having days at home if I feel like a zombie.”
“It’s a completely new way of life and I can’t believe how much free time I had before.
“That said, she’s an absolute dote and we can’t wait to travel with her and show her the world and see what kind of little girl she’ll grow up to be,” Lauren said in reference to Fallyn.
The influencer welcomed her daughter early, at 36 weeks with Lauren saying that her tot “decided she was ready”.
Sharing the news on Instagram, she wrote: “My little family! Never felt a love like this.”
“Let’s go home and start this life I’ve dreamt of.”
