Keith Duffy has shared a tribute to his bandmate Brian McFadden as he celebrates his 42nd birthday this week. Sharing a series of snaps from over the past couple of years Keith said; “Happy Birthday to my Partner in Crime My Brother from another Mother, @brianmcfadden123 Happy birthday buddy, How far we’ve come who would of thought!”
Continuing he added; “A little Pint of Guinness in Whelan’s to travelling around the world for 6 years Sold out tours, top ten hits and Our First Original Studio Album about to Drop. I’ll see you later today buddy and we can Celebrate over a pint of the Black Stuff.”
Responding to the sweet tribute from his friend Brian said; “Cheers brother!!!!! I believe we celebrate every day of the year!”
The pair, who were previously in iconic boybands Westlife and Boyzone respectively have since set up their own band, Boyzlife which began in 2016. After performing and touring together for some time, they have recently released original music together for the first time.
The new record will feature all completely original Boyzlife songs and is called ‘Old School.’ Speaking about the upcoming launch of the album; “We’re so excited to announce our brand new album of all original Boyzlife material is out on 6th May and available to pre order now!”
“We’ve written the whole album and I’m sooo Proud! We’ve taken the style of our favourite music very 80s/ early 90s hence the title “OLD SCHOOL.” I can’t wait for you guys to hear it!”
