Kathryn Thomas has embarked on a trip stateside with newborn daughter Ellie – and the pics are far too cute.
The Irish presenter headed to California over the weekend to visit her sister Linda for a well-deserved catch-up and of course, to introduce the Ellie to her godmother.
Kathryn welcomed her daughter to the world in March, and while they’ve enjoyed a couple of trips around Ireland, this was her first time travelling abroad with the tot.
“A big thank you to everyone at Dublin Airport for being so nice to us,” she said.
While abroad, Kathryn took some time out to watch a sunset on Venice Beach and penned a heartfelt tribute to her daughter, sharing the importance of love and travel.
“14 weeks baby girl and you are more beautiful than any sunset I’ve ever seen. But we will see so many and I hope to teach you that seeing the world is one of the greatest gifts,” she said.
The Carlow native continued, “It makes you curious and compassionate,adventurous and independent. It helps you to recognise and accept the differences of others.
“And more often than not it is the people not the places that will hold a special place in your heart,” she said.
