It may be a cliche but after a break-up sometimes a dramatic hairstyle or makeover can be therapeutic.
Joanne Larby may agree, considering she’s just debuted a dramatic new look on Instagram.
The Blogger, who usually sports dark brown locks, has revealed a blonde ‘do.
Joanna, AKA the Makeup Fairy simply captioned the pic: ‘Surprise’, she also set the photo as her profile pic.
Fans loved the change and took to the comments to compliment her.
“Love it!! blondes have more fun anyway,” one follower said.
“You look amazing it’s so so different on you fab,” another added.
“I’m gonna dye that man right outta my hair,” another said, in relation to her recent break-up.
Joanne announced earlier this month that she was moving home from London due to ‘an incredibly difficult personal situation’.
The influencer had only moved in with her boyfriend Paul Strandell two weeks prior.
Paul has since taken to Instagram to have his own say on the matter.
“I’ve had a bunch of messages, some insulting and some quite nice. It’s a tough time, there are no two ways around it,” he said in a lengthy video.
“There isn’t really much gossip so you’re not going to get any from me.
“The most common one is ‘did I cheat’ or ‘did I do something horrendous’ and no, there is no big horrible shocking revelation or anything like that. Some things just come to an end.”
He added: “It’s been a painful and sh*t time. I’m not going to talk about it either. So if you’re here because you want gossip or some painful explanation or tragic story, this isn’t the place for that.”
