Jamie Dornan, also known as Mr. Christian Grey, has spoken about his relationship with on-screen love interest Dakota Johnson.
The duo are best known for their roles in the Fifty Shades movies, and have developed a close friendship throughout the process.
As filming begins to wrap on Fifty Shades Freed, Jamie has admitted that there are days where they both “really need” each other on set.
“The great thing about Dakota is only she knows what I’m going through, and only I know what she’s going through,” Jamie revealed in an on-set interview.
“You need to have that person who understands and has been with it since day one.”
Dakota, who plays Ana Steele in the movies, also speaks highly of her co-star.
“We have this friendship that we built around trusting each-other. We got to know each-other based around the fact that I needed him to be protective of me.
“I needed him to be able to tell when I’m uncomfortable and when things are too heightened and too emotional.”
