Peter O’Riordan and his wife Stephanie are celebrating their anniversary this week.
Stephanie took to Instagram to share an adorable tribute to her husband.
“Happy anniversary my love. How could I not remember our first real date at Perry & Els wedding, the venue in downtown La.. I knew that night that you were my dream guy and you were the one for me.. u let me dance with 10 guys and started serenading me to get my attention back. you have kept me on my toes and swept me from city to city since,” she explained.
The couple reportedly first met on a J1 in the US and later met when he returned to America for work.
“We use to bar hop in weho from the abbey to having our infamous mastros birthday tradition to giving birth overlooking the Hollywood sign at cedars next to Chris Hemsworth! to being in the papers in Ireland and becoming part of your family and loving you even more.”
It’s been a difficult few years for couple, as Stephanie battled a neurological illness called Trigeminal Neuralgia for which she had to undergo surgery.
“We’ve been through sooo much looking back.. and now we’re in Maui. and I’m drinking wine watching the stars with an extra set of baby toes under our new roof thinking of how lucky I am.. even through the tough times (because there are plenty!!) The couple have two children together, 3-year-old Oliver and Romeo who they welcomed in 2017.
Peter replied to his wife’s sweet message saying: “I love you to the moon”.
