It sure looks like it!

Drag queen Panti Bliss is the latest celebrity to be tipped to take part in the upcoming series of Dancing With The Stars.

Otherwise known as Rory O’Neill, the gay rights activist will reportedly appear on the show as his drag queen alter-ego.

According to the Sunday World, Panti is expected to be part of the first-ever all-male pairing when the series returns in January.

Although RTÉ’s Dancing With The Stars made history back in 2020 by pairing up two same-sex couples during Switch Up week, this will be the first time that a same-sex couple will be paired up for the entirety of the series.

Fans may remember when TV presenter Brian Dowling paired up with pro dancer Kai Widdrington, while RTÉ 2fm star Lottie Ryan teamed up with pro dancer Emily Barker for the iconic week.

But the change doesnt stop there as 2FM presenter, Doireann Garrihy will be joining Jennifer Zamparelli as co-host after Nicky Byrne announced he was stepping down as host earlier this year due to his commitments with Westlife.

Nicky originally hosted the show alongside Amanda Byram before she departed in 2018 and Jennifer took over.

As far as who else we can expect to see pop up on our screens come January, who really knows? But it does seem like there is a quite a few names in the mix!

Fair City’s Seamus Power, weather woman Nuala Carey, and former GAA stars Philly McMahon and Kieran Donaghy have all been linked to the 2022 lineup.

While Doireann’s 2FM Breakfast co-host Carl Mullan, this year’s Eurovision star Brooke Scullion and Irish footballer Stephanie Roche are also rumoured to appear.

Only time will tell on this one!
