According to recent reports, Ed Sheeran is considering quitting the music industry once he starts his own family.
The 26-year-old is currently at the peak of his career, after releasing his third studio album, Divide, but, unfortunately for fans, it seems that he won’t be making music forever.
The singer recently went public with his relationship with Cherry Seaborn and a source close to the singer has revealed that when he starts a family he might put an end to his high profile music career.
“Ed has pretty much achieved everything there is to achieve in music,” an insider told the Daily Star on Sunday.
“He absolutely loves what he does and is riding the wave of his success at the moment, but at the same time he wants a more normal life.
“When or if he gets married he wants to put his wife and kids first and not his career. If that means going AWOL for years then so be it.”
