Ben Foden has opened up about his current situation following his split from Una Healy.
The rugby player split from the Saturdays singer over the summer after Ben cheated with a PR girl.
“At this moment in time my life is a bit of a mess, It has been difficult over the last couple of months for sure.” he revealed.
He stressed that his affair was not the only reason he and Una split up: “There’s loads of elements to a marriage and there’s loads of reasons it didn’t work.”

Ben got open and honest when he appeared on SAS: Who Dares Win, he is one of 12 stars taking part in the Channel 4 show for Stand Up To Cancer.
Speaking about his relationship wife the mother of his two children now, he said: “I’ll always love Una. She was my first love and the mother of my kids.”
He added: “I never meant to hurt her in the way I did.”
Ben is reportedly moving on with another Irish woman.
It’s been reported that he is dating gym bunny Miriam Murphy, who flew to New York to watch his game recently.
