Lucy Kennedy is reportedly set to become the host of new show Ireland’s Got Talent.
The talent show, which has been hugely popular in both the US and the UK, will be coming to TV3 next year.
With auditions set to take place this autumn, rumours were circulating about who would be stepping up to host the show, with big names such as Baz Ashmawy and Laura Whitmore reportedly in the running.
However, The Mail On Sunday reports that TV3’s Lucy Kennedy has nabbed the hosting role and will be our new Saturday night staple on our screens.
With Lucy set to host, all that;s left is to fill the judges seats, and there are reportedly some big names confirmed.
“There has been an exhausting search for the right balance,” a source said.
“Denise and Jason are household names but Michelle Visage is an international star. She has personality and class and a string of incredible one-liners. She could be the real star of the show. There was also a Pussy Cat Doll as well but in the end, we feel that this is the right line-up
