The brand new issue of VIP Magazine is here, and this month it’s graced by the stunning Georgie Crawford. We caught up with the wellness advocate and podcast host at home with her husband, Jamie her daughter Pia as well as her glamorous Mum, Siobhan.
In a powerful interview we spoke to Georgie about her husband Jamie’s multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 2012 (aged 32) and then her own stage-two breast cancer diagnosis in 2017 (when she was also 32), which changed her perspective on everything and fast-tracked her to a place of gratitude.
In particular, we spoke with Georgie about how she and her husband Jamie plan to grow their family further through surrogacy as she shared; “We’re excited for the next chapter”, Georgie tells us. “But we know it may not be easy.”
You really can’t miss this uplifting and inspirational interview!
Also inside this jam-packed issue is our interview with Irish TV presenter, Mairead Ronan who tells us that pandemic has changed her priorities in life. We visited the broadcaster at her beautiful Clontarf home with her two littlest ones Eliza, 5 and Bonnie, 3.
We spoke to the 41-year-old about handing in her notice to Today FM, after 20 years of employment as she shared that she wanted to be at home more with her two girls and the mixed response she received when she revealed this news.
We also caught up with Fair City’s George McMahon and his beautiful family, as he spoke to us about all the changes to his life since having children.
While friends for over two decades, George and his beautiful wife Rachel Smyth only decided to take things in a romantic direction a few years ago. Now happily married with two adorable children, they admit it was the greatest decision they ever made; “I honestly couldn’t imagine a life without them now. Everything fell into place in the best way possible.”
There’s more! We had the pleasure of meeting 23-year-old model, Kate Grant for a stunning photoshoot. Kate, who is from Tyrone, is the first model with Down Syndrome to be signed to a modelling agency and she tells us all about the changing face of the industry in this inspirational interview.
She has already featured on the likes of ITV’s This Morning, walked at London Fashion Week and been the face for makeup brand Benefit, but Kate has just scratched the surface – this will be her year. She said; “Having a disability shouldn’t hold you back in life, it doesn’t define you.”
Finally, we got to meet with Irish influencer, Louise Cooney who’s life has changed so much since we last spoke to her. As well as moving home to Ireland after a stint in NYC, she has a new boyfriend, a new home and has set up her own business.
We caught up with this Limerick lady about her changing career as well as all the insider information you need to know about her gorgeous brand, Cloo Active as well as a second business she’s currently working on!
