Ruth Negga has apparently split up from her long-term boyfriend Dominic Cooper.
According to reports in the US, the pair have called time on their relationship, after eight years together.
Sources have told Page Six that even though their relationship is over, the duo hope to remain friends.
Just last year, the Irish actress opened up about having a family with Dominic, revealing it’s definitely something she has been putting a lot of thought into.
The star also added that being in her mid-thirties adds a lot of pressure.
“By the time you’re in a great relationship, it’s like, oh, I’m 35. S***,” she told Edit Magazine.
“So there is part of your thinking that is: ‘Do I want kids? When? If? How?’”
She was recently working with Dominic on US tv series Preacher, and was over the moon that the pair got the opportunity to film together.
“It would be so lonely if he wasn’t there,” she said.
“People say, ‘Never go out with an actor.’ But if you were with someone with a normal job, and one of you had to go away, how would that work?”
