Noir Caviar promises to turn back the clocks on your locks and restore it to it’s former glory. We sent VIP’s Genevieve Wilson to House Of Colour on D’Olier Street to try it out for herself…
Gen says: “First up, I was pretty delighted with the €25 price tag. The treatment has three ingredients, Caviar, Collagen and Ceramics which each supply a variety of proteins, lipids, fibre and fatty acids. The moisture rich treatment was massaged into my hair and I was seated under a heater for five minutes, then the process was repeated.
“After my hair was dried, it was straightened, which I was told was to lock in the moisture. I was a little skeptical about using the heating iron, but afterwards my hair was left feeling silky soft and looking extremely shiny. The results are supposed to last for at least 4-6 week and three weeks in, I’m still reaping the benefits.
“It’s advised that you should get the treatment done alongside getting your colour as the product counteracts the strain that the colour puts on your hair. Next up, I’m trying the Micro Dermabrasion treatment which I’m told acts like a facial for the scalp.
“It removes all the dead skin from your head so it works brilliantly well with people who suffer from dry scalp or oily roots. Yes please!”
