Grace Mongey has opened up about how she’s dealing with her post-pregnancy body, since giving birth to her daughter Sienna last September.

The FacesByGrace blogger is ready to get back into an exercise regime for the first time since having her baby girl, and admitted that when she put on her workout gear she was shocked to see how much her body had changed.

Speaking to The Mummy Pages she said, “The first night I tried on my exercise clothes after having Sienna, I cried. My boyfriend asked what was wrong, and I just felt awful. I didn’t recognise myself…

“I went out and bought a whole new wardrobe of exercise clothes, and I felt much better. I felt great!”

While the 28-year-old is returning to fitness with a bang by taking part in the Great Ireland Run, she’s got a sensible attitude towards training for the event, and has vowed not to put too much pressure on herself.

“If I feel I’m going too hard at it, I step back. No one can tell you how you feel. You need to start off slow. And you can’t be too hard on yourself. You need to build up your fitness again. It won’t happen overnight.

“I am really excited about the next 12 weeks of training and keeping my followers up to date on my progress,” she said.

We love her positive attitude!
