Glenda Gilson has shared a touching tribute to hubby Rob Macnaughton on their two year anniversary.
The Xposé presenter tied the knot with her long-time love in the idyllic surroundings of Kilrush, Co.Clare on the 29th August 2014 – and the gorgeous couple are still more in love than ever!
The brunette beauty took to Instagram to share a throwback to a picture of her and her other half looking loved up on the beach in Co.Clare. She captioned the photo saying, “Today I met the boy I’m going to marry…Thank you @robmacnnaughton for two wonderful years…here’s to many more!! #maritalbliss #happyanniversary #29august2014.”
VIP were there with Glenda and Rob on their big day and we can confirm that both their relationship and wedding are what dreams are made of!
The day after the wedding the model revealed exclusively to VIP that the wedding exceeded her expectations and all the celebrations lead to her feeling a little worse for wear that morning.
She told VIP, “We had an absolutely brilliant day; it was even better than expected. It was just magical from start to finish. To tell you the truth, I feel a bit ropey today, but it was just a wonderful day.”
Glenda went on to say that waking up as husband and wife made her feel ecstatic. She said, “It’s a great feeling. It’s like wow we’re here and we did it. This is the way we wanted to be and it’s just a gorgeous, magical feeling. We’re so thrilled – we can’t stop smiling!”
