Angela Scanlon has just revealed that she’s set to host her very own show on BBC Radio 2 later this year.
The Irish broadcaster will be presenting the show on Sunday mornings between 4-6am.
Breaking the news on her social media, Angela said, “First pinch-me-WTF moment coming in early this year.
“So happy to announce I’ll be joining some of my absolute broadcasting hero’s at Team BBC Radio 2 as the host of the early Sunday show!! Now all I have to do is stay awake.”
Meanwhile, Angela, who is currently expecting her first child, is enjoying a well-deserved babymoon with husband Roy Horgan.
The couple are making the most of their time alone, before the little one arrives this spring.
It’s certainly a very exciting time for them both!
