If you’ve been tuning in to this year’s Love Island, you’ll know that with the beginning of Casa Amor, the show has welcomed three Irish contestants. Salma Naran, Kaila Troy and Matthew MacNabb.
With their introduction, let’s get to know them a bit better. First up, the first Irish guy, 26-year-old strategic marketing consultant Mattew McNabb.
Originally from Downpatrick, Co. Down, Matthew’s Instagram shares that he spent time living in California and travelling around the world.
After completing his undergrad in Law and Masters in Business Admin, Matthew then before moved to California, before he returned to Ireland to start a marketing consultancy firm.
Matthew expressed his main interest in the villa is Kaz, a fashion blogger and audience favourite, saying “she’s a lot of
fun, and she doesn’t take herself too seriously, so I’m really looking forward to getting to know her.”
She has recently coupled up with new boy Tyler but can her head be turned for this Irish heartthrob?
Matthew says he’s “pretty chilled and very adventurous” and shares “I’m very laid-back in the sense I like to laugh, and I don’t care too much about what people think.”
What will Matthew’s future be like in Love Island be like? Will he turn the head of gorgeous Kaz or will he be heading back to Down early?
