For reality TV aficiniados, there was no place on Earth to be this past weekend than BravoCon.
Held in Las Vegas for the first time this year, the weekend saw just about every Real Housewife, Below Deck crewmate and Vanderpump Rules server descend on Sin City to meet the fans and reveal all about their cult shows.
We were lucky enough to go along thanks to Hayu, who made sure that we got up close and personal with the stars and asked them all of our burning questions.
Here are 8 things we learned at BravoCon 2023…
1. RHONY’s Jessel Taank thinks Dublin is “there”
In the middle of RHONY season 14, Jessel and Erin iconically debated whether New York City’s TriBeCa was an up and coming area or if it was already “there”.
So when we had the chance to chat to Jessel on the BravoCon red carpet, we had to find out whether she’d consider Dublin to be “there” yet…
2. Kyle Richards is planning on more tattoos… and getting divorced?
Was that a slip of the tongue?
When we chatted to Kyle on the red carpet she mentioned the word ‘divorce’, when previously herself and Mauricio have only referred to their split as a separation. Take a look for yourself!
3. Andy isn’t saying no to Real Housewives Of Dublin!
Now that Andy is commissioning international editions of The Real Housewives like Dubai, we asked him if he’d consider giving Dublin the official treatment next.
4. Irish Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Daisy Kelliher is leaving her season 4 relationship drama in the past
Daisy and Colin’s rocky relationship led to a dramatic showdown in the Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 4 reunion, but the Dubliner is moving on from the drama and even walked the red carpet a few metres in front of her former flame.
She told us how life has been since the reunion, and how those closest to her had to tune out last season.
BelowDeckSailingYacht’s @Daisy Kelliher tells us how she REALLY feels about the S4 reunion, being recognised in Ireland, and how her friends and family felt watching her dramatic season #BravoCon with @Hayu #BravoCon23 #daisykelliher #belowdeck
5. RHOC’s Heather Dubrow is still horrified that she was kicked out of Brown Thomas on the cast’s 2016 trip
A Housewives trip always leads to some iconic and dramatic moments, but a favourite of Irish Hayu fans is the Real Housewives of Orange County’s trip to Dublin.
The reality stars were unceremoniously booted out of Brown Thomas when they couldn’t keep the peace, and it still haunts Heather Dubrow.
6. Captain Jason and Lala Kent could be Hayu’s next power couple!
With so many Hayu stars in one place for a wild weekend, it’s inevitable that the stars of our favourite franchises start to mingle!
We chatted to Captain Jason and Aesha Scott about why a romance with Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent was definitely on the cards in Vegas.
7. The RHONJ cast loved getting “b*lloxed” in Ireland last season
The RHOC ladies aren’t the only ones who like to whoop it up in Ireland!
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Dolores Catania (and her other half Paulie, A Tallaght man) reminisced with STELLAR about their trip to our shores. Jennifer Aydin also told us how she’s a big fan of Ireland, and our castles.
8. BravoCon is a Hayu fan’s dream!
With more than 160 Hayu stars mingling with fans across the 3 day event, BravoCon is the ultimate experience for any reality fan!
The weekend featured panels filled with Hayu stars spilling the tea on all of the behind the scenes drama, exclusive opportunities for fans to sip delicious cocktails and snap pics with their fave stars, not to mention some of the best photo opps we’ve ever seen – like the chance to recreate Teresa Giudice’s table flip, sit in a Sprinter van and channel your inner Lisa Barlow, or hang out at the back of SUR like the Vanderpump Rules cast.
