Eoghan McDermott and girlfriend Aoife Melia are taking the next big step in their relationship and moving in together.
The 2fm DJ recently got back together with his former love, seven years after they first broke-up. The pair originally parted ways because they were in two different countries, and now that medical student, Aoife has returned home to Dublin they picked off where they left off – and are more in love than ever.
The 33-year-old recently purchased his first home and he’s admitted he won’t be making it into a bachelor pad, as his other half will be joining him in his new place.
“Aoife will be moving in with me.” he told Goss.ie.
Aoife is currently on GP placement, and Eoghan has revealed that the challenges she faces in her job on a daily basis help keep him grounded.
“She sees some crazy stuff, and not a lot of isn’t nice.” he said. “It puts my world into perspective. It’s easy to get caught up in entertainment, it’s a bit of a Peter Pan industry.”
