Deirdre O’Kane has responded to rumours that she is taking part in Dancing With The Stars.
The second series of the show is due to return early next year and rumours of the line-up are in full swing.
However, Deirdre insists that she is not part of the show this year.
“There’s no news on that one. I think they were chancing their arm [with the rumours],” she told the Mirror.
She added that although she has no plans for a reality show right now, she will be working on a new film.
“All I know is I’m filming in January.”
However, the comedian didn’t rule out taking part in the future.
“It’s nice to think that you’re in the mix. I’d never say never [to DWTS].
“I think it’s a great show, I’ll certainly be watching it. It’ll be interesting to see the second series because everyone know what it is now.”
She added: “I would consider dancing but I would never ever consider going into the jungle or Big Brother. That would be my idea of hell.”
