Conor McGregor has taken to social media to tease Floyd Mayweather over their rumoured fight.
It has been greatly speculated that the pair would step into the ring together, however Floyd put an end to the whispers last night.
The sports star said, “There seems to be several rumors floating around media recently however, let the record show, there hasn’t been any deals made in regards to a fight between myself and any other fighters.
“I am happily retired and enjoying life at this time. If any changes are to come, be sure that I will be the first to let the world to know.”
Conor decided to poke fun at the American boxer, sharing a picture of himself in a throne-like seat, with the caption, “I am in Las Vegas. Floyd has retired on my arrival.”
The Crumlin native apparently flew to the States to finalise details of their fight, as well as to feature in an anti-bullying campaign for children.
