Charlene McKenna finally got the wedding of her dreams, over a year after she first made it down the aisle.
She and her long-term partner Adam Rothenberg married in Castle Leslie with just a handful of guests in January 2021.
Now, over a year later Charlene and Adam returned to the beautiful spot in her native Monaghan with their loved ones.
This time around, they rang in the summer rather than the new year as they married on June 1st.
The pictures she shared showcased just how many people the couple wanted to have with them as they tied the knot.
The actress had six flower girls alone, all dressed in beautiful white lace-embellished dresses for her big day.
Charlene opted for a slinky white flower length gown designed by Simone Rocha to mark her wedding day “part deux” with a halter neck style and subtle lace detailing around the hem.
She added a veil to her look as she walked arm-in-arm down the aisle with her father as he was finally able to give her away as the rest of her family and friends looked on.
After sharing some joy-filled shots of her wedding day, Charlene wrote, “01 06 22 Mr & Mrs Rothenberg: part deux”
“Years in the making, we finally got to celebrate with family and friends!!!”
She went on to “immeasurably” thank everyone who played a part in her day including Leslie Castle, Simone Rocha and her beautiful bridesmaids as well as “our families & our friends who flew from far and wide to make the day utterly magical. We love you.”
Well-wishes poured in with Victoria Smurfitt writing, “Stunning bride, heavenly couple. Daft as a slither of cheese chick. How I adore you. Congratulations Mr and Mrs R xxx.”
Aisling Bea simply wrote, “Wahayyyyyy”.
Emmett J Scanlan added, “Savage”.
The pair originally wed in a much smaller ceremony at Leslie Castle on New Year’s Day 2021.
