Bressie has opened up about his breakup with Roz Purcell and why he’s still single, a year on.
The Blizzards frontman split with the model in 2016 after 3 years of dating.
Speaking to Bobby Kerr on Newstalk, Bressie said the break-up “is really hard.”
He said: “If I’m honest, I was in a long-term relationship and absolutely 100% wasn’t ready after.
“That takes a lot out of you, a break-up. There’s no point in pretending.
“It’s hard, it’s really hard. I’ve been quite open about that.”
A year after the split, Bressie is still single and blames his relationship status on being ‘odd’.
“Because I’m odd as Christmas, that’s probably the best way to describe it.” He said.
“I wouldn’t go out with me, honestly. Maybe for a date or two I would, then I’d be like, ‘Ah forget him.'”
