Bláthnaid Treacy is counting down the days until she meets her daughter.
She and her husband Charlie couldn’t be more excited to become parents.
This week the presenter celebrated in style with a joint baby shower with her best friend, Holly.
The pair headed back to their native Bray to enjoy their day surrounded by their friends and family.

Bláthnaid was glowing in a gorgeous green gúna with pink shoes and a matching bag. While Holly looked gorgeous in a similar blue dress with a denim jacket.

“We had the best baby shower on Sunday in our gorgeous hometown….thank you to all our wonderful friends and family for making us feel so special, especially @annatreacy108 and @jackie131cullen we love you.”
“We’ve known each other since we were four-years-old. She got married in August and then I was telling her that we were going to start trying for a baby and she said they were doing the same,” she told us.
“We were both sort of keeping in touch about it, but not prying because you need to be cautious and you don’t know what’s going on with other people. She lives in London and came home, but I knew I was pregnant then and sort of kept my distance a little bit because I didn’t want to say anything at the very beginning.
“She called over to see the place and said, ‘I have something to tell you’, and I was like ‘Oh my God, so do I!’ We both just started screaming, it was the cutest thing ever. It was such a lovely moment. To be going through it with her, just over a week apart, is kind of amazing. We’ve been texting each other loads, asking for advice.”
