Arthur Gourounlian has shared a sweet tribute to his husband Brian Dowling in honour of his 44th birthday.
Sharing some throwback photos of the pair, Arthur gushed over his husband, beginning; “Happy Birthday to the Love of my life (Brian Dowling) the man whom the past 20 years ‘well 15 because we weren’t together for 5 of them.’”
“Those 15 years have made me love him even more than I could ever have imagined.”
Sharing his excitement at celebrating the birthday next year when their child is born.
Writing; “And who would have thought back when we met in 2002 that in 2022 we would be celebrating your last birthday as a child-free man and I seriously can’t wait for next year to celebrate your special day with our little bundle of joy who will be signing your birthday card & helping to blow out your candles.”
Looking forward to their future together, Arthur ended with; “We have been through so much in the past 20 years but I seriously can’t wait to spend more EPIC times with you and our child/children in the future. Let the exciting times ahead commence LET’S DO THIS”

The couple are set to welcome their first child later this year, via surrogacy.
Last month they revealed their surrogates identity, sharing on Instagram that Brian’s sister Aoife is carrying their child.
Both shared tributes to thanks her for helping them start a family. With Brian writing; “Not only is this my BEAUTIFUL sister Aoife, she is also our INCREDIBLE Surrogate. From our very first conversation about this back in 2019 to where we are now is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING”
Confessing she had, “gone above & beyond for” them.
