Angela Scanlon’s life is surely an adventure. From her presenting her career to her fashion to just her day-to-day life.
It seems like it comes straight from a fantasy.
So when VIP Magazine caught up with the Irish woman we had to ask what her favourite moment was.
And while she could have said rubbing shoulders with A-Listers or chatting to her pals for her podcast, she had a much more sentimental memory.
Speaking to us in our latest issue of the magazine, she shared: “Having my second daughter. At home, fire on, candles lit with two amazing midwives, my husband & a cameo from Ruby! It was magic.”
How sweet.
Angela welcomed her second child, a little girl, in February who she named Marnie Fae Horgan.
She previously revealed that she had planned a home birth after a “scary“ hospital experience with her first child, Ruby.
“I’m hoping to do a home birth. I feel really excited. Apparently, somebody brings a bath. I haven’t nailed down the details as of yet and Roy is a little worried about it,” Angela shared to Amy Huberman during her Mamia and Me podcast.
“See, I just think I’ll be in my own bath, which is literally my happy place. Roy keeps saying ‘And where’s Ruby going to be?’ and I was thinking maybe she’d like to be a part of the birthing process, and he was like ‘Are you kidding? I saw you. It’s like an animal’.
“So, yeah it might be a little frightening for her.”
However, it looks like Ruby was able to be a part of the birthing process this time around.
