Nadine Coyle has slammed anyone criticising Eamonn Holmes after she appeared on This Morning.
The star was on the UK chat show to talk about her upcoming acting gig in Pin Cushion.
But fans took to Twitter to talk about Eamonn’s comments during the show.
When the singer stayed on for a cooking segment, Presenter Ruth said that her husband was ‘salivating’ over the chicken, to which Eamonn replied: “It’s Nadine I’m salivating over…”
“How rude was Eamonn when Gok was cooking, is he ever gonna learn some manners, then saying he was salivating over Nadine, really, uuggh, he boils my blood,” a third added.
However, Derry girl Nadine defended Eamonn on Twitter, claiming it was a friendly comment.
“How RIDICULOUS!! Has it come to this that we can’t be nice to each other for fear of pissing someone on twitter off????!!! Piss off……..”
She added: “I love Ruth & Eamonn thank you for a lovely morning catching up This Morning Thank you Ruth for your school advice!!!”
