Jeremy McConnell has poked fun at ex-girlfriend Stephanie Davis following allegations that her hair was constantly falling out a few weeks ago due to stresses in her life.
The couple had a very turbulent time following their appearance on Celebrity Big Brother, and not long afterwards, Stephanie found out she was pregnant. Jeremy has ferociously denied that he’s the father, however Stephanie believes otherwise.
The former Hollyoaks actress has credited all the stress in her life to the significant hair loss, which had a dramatic impact on her self-esteem.
Taking to her blog for OK! Magazine, Stephanie said, “I’ve been working hard to repair my hair as when I was ‘blonde Steph’, my hair snapped a lot and it also started to fall out with all the stress I was under.
“My hair went really thin and I went in total shock which was really upsetting. Everyone always said one of my best features was my long dark hair that was all natural and here it was falling out.
“If I touched it, it would just come out in my hands and I was told it was all the pressure I was under. I had a cry about it quite often because I didn’t feel like myself. It makes you feel womanly in a sense.
“A lot of people don’t know this but when it was long and blonde it was actually a wig because my hair was just done for, I’d lost so much.”
Jeremy has since lashed out at Stephanie, commenting that the only reason her hair is falling out, is because she dyes it so much.
Taking to Instagram, the Dubliner said, “Aw stop, I’m in knots, not cause you dye it white blonde from dark brown. Any time I see an attention seeking artless that makes me laugh, I’m posting it.”
Meanwhile, Jeremy has been cosying up with another Big Brother star.
