A family in Howth have found the town’s friendliest seal, and it is absolutely adorable!
Twitter user @Tupp_Ed posted a video to his account showing a seal in Howth harbour that waved back at the onlookers after he was fed some fish, quickly becoming a new attraction in the seaside harbour.
