Brian Dowling has shared an emotional tribute to his mother Rosie, one year after her sudden passing.
The former Big Brother star took to Instagram to share the sweet poem he read out at Rosie’s funeral and spoke about how he was coping one year on.
“One year ago today mum you left us & became an Angel,” Brian captioned the shot.
“There’s not a day in the last 365 that I haven’t missed you, thought of you, cried for you or went to call you.
“I read this beautiful poem to you the day of your funeral.”
Rosie, who sadly passed away in February of last year, is being remembered today by her seven children and grandchildren.
Back in December, Brian, who originally from Rathangan in Co. Kildare, shared a sweet birthday message to his late mum – when she would have been turning 62.
Sharing a beautiful image of his mum, Brian said, “This is your first birthday without us all around you.
“I think about you each and every day. You dedicated your life to us. We miss our mammy. Happy birthday my darling mum.”
