It’s been revealed that there’s a baby Brogan on the way. The eldest Brogan brother Alan is expecting his third child with wife of seven years, Lydia Rock.
The All-Ireland winner is already father to 8-year-old Jamie and 2-year-old Harry, and he is excited to be adding another little one to their family.
Speaking to RSVP Magazine Alan said, “My wife is pregnant; she is due in five weeks. We just hope for a healthy baby, it doesn’t really matter to us.”
The former Dublin player also commented on fellow GAA retiree Aidan O’Mahony. Despite the long existing rivalry between Dublin and Kerry, Alan says he is cheering Aidan on as he competes in RTE’s Dancing With The Stars.
“I wasn’t approached to be on it, I wouldn’t have much dancing in me. Aidan is doing very well in fairness to him.
“I wouldn’t have a six pack like he has and I don’t know if I could rock an open leopard print shirt,” he said.
