Louise McSharry has shared some advice for all new mothers who may be struggling to get to grips with parenthood.
While it is normal for many new mums to become overwhelmed when adjusting to life with their newborn, Louise urges all mothers not to sweat the small stuff.
Sharing a filter-free snap of her and baby Ted, the 2FM star said: “80% of life is this now and I’m so glad I can appreciate it this time.”
Sharing her words of wisdom, the mum of two advises all new mothers to relax while adjusting to life as a parent, assuring them that things will get easier with time.
“Despite what’s depicted in lots of media no one is perfect, everyone is doing their best, and if there’s a mother out there who hasn’t been terrified they’re f***ing it all up then I haven’t met them,” she said.
Continuing, she shares “There is no single right way to parent. Your way is the right way for you guys, take things at your own pace and you’ll find your groove.”
Louise gave birth to baby Ted in May of this year, and has since been documenting adjusting to life with the tiny tot on her social media.
