There truly is nothing more I love than a fresh set of nails.
I’m an acrylic addict. I know it’s not great for my nails. I know BIAB exists. But I like them, so there.
I recently got my nails done ahead of the Platinum VIP Style Awards in Dublin’s Meath’s street’s V Nails & Spa, and I’m low-key obsessed.
They’re kind of giving playing cards, but that’s okay.
Staff Writer Anja is loving…Pretty Woman The Musical
This week I was invited to Cardiff to see Pretty Woman The Musical before it makes its way across the pond to our lovely Bord Gáis Energy Theatre this summer, and all I can say is wow. Pretty Woman has to be one of my all-time favourite movies, so it’s safe to say that I was excited to see the musical!
If you haven’t seen the movie (which I highly recommend you do!) Pretty Woman tells the story of wealthy businessman, Edward and sex worker, Vivian who form quite an unlikely relationship after he hires Vivian to stay with him for the weekend. From catchy dance numbers to powerhouse vocals and clever staging, this musical really does have it all.
So, if an enjoyable, fun and soppy evening at the theatre is what you’re after Pretty Woman is the musical for you! The show hits the Bord Gáis stage on July 2nd and runs until the 13th. Tickets are currently on sale and can be purchased here.
Head of Commercial and Events Rebecca is loving…Reality Check
Is this the book of the summer? I certainly think so.
This week STELLAR Magazine launched former Editor-in-Chief’s debut novel, Reality Check with Eason in House Dublin. The novel follows high-flying Portia who is left shocked when her partner, Jason, drops a bomb that turns her whole life upside down.
But she can’t just flee to her family home and stay on the DL. It’s all drama with her mother, Dessie, Kerry-born queen bee of hit reality show, Ladies of Los Angeles, and sisters, Vinnie, a supermodel-turned-Insta-guru and Ariel, a Tik-Tok teen sensation.
The book hits shelves nationwide on May 9th!

Last week a load of people were bucking it, woah, like a mechanical bull (thanks, Beyonce) at the Harcourt Bar & Garden to celebrate the beginning of summer.
Foodies, fashionistas and local businesses enjoyed a rodeo-themed BBQ, as well as some food, cocktails and tunes.
Cowboy core truly is taking over, and I’m sort of here for it.
