I really wouldn’t describe myself as a health nut, but I do happen to love trying new food and drink, and it’s always a bonus when they are nutritious and delicious.
So imagine my joy at discovering Remedy.
They have a wide range of drinks focused on providing plenty of health benefits as well as tasting good. A girl’s dream! So far, I’ve only tried their Kefir range and really loved it. Kefir is fantastic for your gut health (which is very important coming into winter, as it plays a big part in immunity). It’s definitely not what you’d expect from Kefir, as a fizzy coconut drink, but it really works.
Their coconut water and passion fruit are my new obsession, tasting like summer in a can. Plus, as someone who doesn’t drink, I have the utmost appreciation for a fancy non-alcoholic beverage.

When it comes to baking, Paul Hollywood I am not. But I do love to eat a delicious baked treat.
I was delighted to try my hand at Naked Bakes Cookie Dough. All you have to do is pop the dough into the oven and within 15-minutes you have a freshly baked batch of cookies.
26-year-old baking entrepreneur Aisling Tuck created Naked Bakes Cookie Dough in 2021, with each patch being handmade in Dublin. On top of everything, each treat is made with plant-based natural ingredients that don’t sacrifice taste.
The Naked Bakes range includes Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter Choc-Chip, Red Velvet, Salted Double Choc-Chip Brookie, and the latest release, Triple Chocolate. And each of them is delicious.

Okay, I know it’s still very much autumn and nowhere near Christmas but I couldn’t help but get excited about The Body Shop’s brand-new Christmas range. Plus, considering I’m very much a winter girl through and through, I couldn’t think of a better reason to talk about their fabulous holiday edition products.
The range is entitled Wishes and Wonders, and is an indulgent yet sustainable Christmas collection with pretty much something for everybody! Offering two new dreamy scents: Spiced Orange and Wild Pine, some of the products up for grabs include, Fresh & Festive Edelweiss Duo, the Slather & Glow Face Mask Giftset and of course the much sought-after advent calendars.
Plus, not only is the packaging eco-friendly and reusable but the festive campaign itself is partnered with Children On The Edge, which will see The Body Shop donating a minimum of €111,500 to the charity’s work in helping marginalised children across Bangladesh, India, Uganda, Myanmar, and Lebanon.

Deputy Editor Niamh is loving… her new luggage from Antler
Recently, I made the trip over to Toronto for an action-packed holiday: gallivanting in the city, a Canadian wedding at a ski resort and a few days up in “cottage country”, staying by a lake in Haliburton. There was a lot to pack, especially for someone as indecisive as me.
But my new luggage set from Antler, a brand in operation for over 100 years, made the whole process so seamless. I took the Clifton collection along with me on the trip; both the cabin and medium cases, as well as the backpack, all in the stunning new shade ‘Mineral’. I felt super organised when packing all my different items, thanks to the many handy compartments and pockets.
Travelling with the cases was so easy — although they are sturdy and built to last the test of time, they’re extremely light and wheel like a dream, with to a great twist grip handle and fully rotating wheels.
