The VIP List: Here’s what we’re loving this week

It’s been a busy week here at VIP HQ.

We’re getting ready to put the finishing touches on our June issue.

And we’re excited to enjoy our long weekend. Here’s what we’re loving…

Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…a firey snack

If I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be crisps. I just love them!

So imagine my delight when I found out about O’Donnells new flavour – Fire Roasted Buffalo Wings. Seriously how yum!

O’Donnells Fire Roasted Buffalo Wings perfectly combines bold tangy flavours with roasted spices to deliver an indulgent experience that is designed to be savoured.

And I’m obsessed already!

Head of Digital Jade is loving… Mexican food

If there’s one thing about me, it’s that I like a feed… and I particularly like a Mexican feed.

Six By Nico Dublin has just launched their newest tasting menu, inspired by the team’s trip to Mexico City. I was lucky enough to sample the six-course menu this week, and it did not disappoint. Mexican-inspired cocktails, nachos, tostada, fritters, pecan cake… And even an entirely vegetarian option!

This tasting menu is running until June 30th, and is only €55 pp, plus €40 for a wine pairing. Get the wine pairing. Trust me.

Head of Commercial and Events Rebecca is loving…a fresh face mist

My new summer hero product has to be Sculpted’s Sun Mist face & body mist. I am just back from holidays and used this religiously.

Firstly, it smells absolutely divine, secondly, the face mist can be sprayed under or over makeup, and finally, both mists are enriched with Vitamin E giving you a hydrated glow while protecting you from the sun. Here’s hoping I get to use them this summer now too!

Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…a good hair brush

Have I mentioned I’m on a haircare journey?

While I can use all the shampoos, masks, oils, you have to get back to basics with your hair. And one of the most important products has to be a good hairbrush.

Máiréad Ronan is to the rescue with her Faro hairbrushes. And let me tell you I am a complete convert. The quality is incredible, they’re so comfortable to hold with a great handle and brilliant bristles which really untangle your gruaig. My hair is constantly tangled and knotted so these brushes are a God-send.

I’ll always carry a Faro brush with me! You can find out more here.

Head of Digital Jade is loving… Gentle nails

I may not be getting married any time soon, but I am going on holiday, and that’s pretty similar.

Before heading off, I made sure to use 14 Day Mani’s new Gentle Gels Bridal collection to paint my toenails a gorgeous shade of baby blue.

Something Blue… You might say.

The gorgeous new range is available to buy now and makes keeping good nail care up that little bit easier.

Head of Commercial and Events Rebecca is loving…a healthy gut!

I am back on a health kick after a week of overindulgence on my holidays and to help get my digestive system back on track, I am taking JShealth’s Detox and Debloat supplements.

As someone who suffers with gut and bloating issues, I have been taking these on and off for over a year now and honestly, whether you fancy a detox or just want to combat the signs and discomfort of bloating these tablets give you instant results and relief.

Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…natural skincare

I am trying to be more mindful of what I am putting in and on my body.

And I have fallen in love with natural skincare brand, Modern Botany. Not only is it natural it is also Irish which I am loving.

At the minute there are three core products in the brand – Modern Botany Recovery Cream, Multitasking Oil and Natural Deodorant. Modern Botany’s brand is immersed in the philosophy of “Revel in Nature” in both skincare and lifestyle.

The Multitasking Oil is now a must-have product for me. You can find out more here.
